Call for Nominations

As authorized by the general meeting of the ANWA, the election committee calls for nominations for the following positions as per the ANWA bylaws, 

1. President
2. Vice President
3. Secretary
4. Treasurer

The schedule will be as follows;

1. Nominations process will start on February 2 and end by February 15.
a. Nomination must be made by two members of the ANWA; one proposing and the other seconding the nomination.
b. Nomination paper has to have the approval of the nominee.
c. Nominee must be ANWA member.
d. Nomination paper must reach the Election Committee (if mailed), or must be handed before February 15 midnight at the following address; or e-mailed to the e-mail addresses of all three members pf the Election Committee

Any nomination paper received after the final deadline will not be accepted

2. Challenge to any nomination or withdrawal by February 22.

3. Final list of candidates to be posted on the ANWA website and circulated to its 
    members by Pratima Rimal.

4. Elections will be held for any position with more than one candidate.

(All withdrawals and challenges must be made as per the nominations, either by hand, mail or email within the deadline)
